Shipping and delivery

This document is binding in its Polish version. The English version is informational.

1. Delivery area

We ship within the territory of the Republic of Poland only.

2. Delivery methods and costs

Amounts shown are gross prices and include VAT. The free delivery threshold is calculated on the value of the products ordered after discounts, excluding the delivery cost.

We do not offer cash on delivery. Orders are paid in full at checkout.

3. Processing time

We pack your order and hand it to the carrier within 2–3 business days of payment being credited.

Delivery time after dispatch is set by InPost in its own terms and is usually 1–2 business days. Total delivery time will not exceed 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are processed from the next business day.

4. Tracking

We send the tracking number to the email address given in the order. InPost sends status notifications and notice of readiness for collection. The collection window for a Paczkomat parcel is set by InPost and stated in its notification.

5. Damaged or lost parcels

The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to a consumer Customer at the moment the product is handed over to them (Article 548 § 3 of the Polish Civil Code). Until that moment the risk is ours.

If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, write to sklep.tavora@gmail.com. Photographs of the packaging and contents help us pursue the matter with the carrier, but their absence does not affect how we handle your report. A carrier damage report is not a condition of your claim being accepted.

6. Returns

Withdrawal from the contract and complaints are covered in a separate document, "Zwroty i reklamacje". The direct cost of returning a product is borne by the Customer.
