6. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes
The Seller agrees to take part in mediation conducted by the Regional Inspectorate of the Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej). Submitting a dispute to the permanent arbitration court attached to the Trade Inspection requires a separate arbitration agreement signed by both parties in the individual case.
The register of entities authorised to conduct out-of-court consumer dispute resolution is maintained by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).
Consumers may also use the free assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) and of consumer organisations.
7. Amendments
The Seller may amend this legal notice. Amendments take effect on publication in the store and do not affect rights acquired by customers before that date.
